Salamander Energy plc has today published on its website, www.salamander-energy.com, its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2011, together with the Notice of the Company’s 2012 Annual General Meeting that will be held on 22 June 2012.

Hard copies of these documents have been mailed to those shareholders who have elected to continue to receive paper communications.

These documents will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism’s website, http://www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
